    i did follow the suggested trouble shooting on the site but had no luck to install the plugin

    Hello,

     

    It seems that you may have tried to install the theme under the Plugins section.

     

    Please try installing it under the Appearance > Themes section instead. Additionally, you will find two ZIP files available for download – choose the one that contains only the theme itself (without documentation or the child theme).
