I did as you suggested but the issue persists with just those two plugins and slider revolution activated.
I also purchased the pro version of slider revolution to see if that was the issue and installed the latest slider template for the post based slider, but the issue remains the same.
I also removed all custom code to see if that was the issue.
Any ideas?

I logged into your site and saw the issue was occurring in the latest version of slider revolution plugin.
I was able to fix it by clicking “Globals” link in the top of the Slider Revolution main dashboard page, and then selecting “Include Libraries Globally” as shown in the attached screenshot.

Shufflehound teamI ran a fresh install of WP (5.2.2) and the Jevelin theme (4.4.1), installed required plugins and activated, ran demo import for “Startup”, and the rev slider isn’t showing 🙁
Error log: setREVStartSize is not defined

I updated the revolution slider within the WordPress UI. Went to the Revolution slider in the navigation which lists the Plugin Update – I wish i didn’t update it…this UI indicating I had an older version and I updated to the newer version.
Please delete the slider revolution plugin and reinstall it from Appearance -> Install Plugins

No, you can only edit the WPBakery templates / demo using WPBakery page builder.
Can I migrate what I have done using the regular edit link on pages page, and slider revolution link off side menu?
No, you can’t.
You can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Please do not switch between page builders orelse you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the page content.

We’re not using anything specific on the page—the errors were popping up on all pages that had a slider via slider revolution.
For instance, inspiremarketingservices.com was good, but inspiremarketingservices.com/how-webstores-work/ was failing.
You’ll need to re-enable the slider after you login, as we’re trying to make forward movement through this.
