    My site is built using Jevelin and I have Slider Revolution installed for full width images.

    I visited it today and there’s a lot of slider rev code above the site content. I am running the latest wordpress, theme and plug in.

    Please can you advise how to get rid of this?

    http://www.bantamkit.com

    Thanks

    Hi @CommandPost,

    Thank you for your questions.

    My website logo looks fine on desktop, but when I open it on my smartphone, the logo looks pixelated.

    What can I do about this?

    You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    #page-container .sh-header-mobile-navigation .header-logo img {
        max-width: 100%;
        max-height: 100%;
        width: auto;
        height: auto;
    }

    #page-container .sh-header-mobile-navigation .header-logo {
        padding: 0;
    }

    2nd problem that you can see in the same screenshot is that the slider (I just have 1 image in it) font is incorrect. On desktop the font size stays the same, while the font weight is different for the words ‘personal,..’. On my smartphone the words with larger font weight are actually in lower font size.

    Please ask slider related questions to the slider revolution support.

    For future questions, would you rather have me consolidate multiple small questions into 1 thread or do you want 1 issue per thread?

    If the questions are too small and related then you can ask maximum 2 questions in a single thread but do share your site URL and screenshots in each thread.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi Simon,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

    1. Image points do not appear where they are supposed to appear (see screenshot).

    Please make sure that you are using latest version of Unyson plugin and contact the Unyson plugin support to resolve it.

    2. The video slider (Slider Revolution) sometimes moves to other parts of the website (see screenshot).

    Which version of the browser are you using?

    Does it only happen when you scroll the site before the site completely loads?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    In the id-field of a section I have added a name, I use this name also in my url: example.com/#contact

    This works fine when linking to this section. However I tried to do this in my homepage revolution slider so that when you click the learn more button you will simply scroll down to the following section, but I can’t get it to work.

    Can you take a look?

    Thanks!

    I have two problems with my website that only occur when using Internet Explorer:

    1. Image points do not appear where they are supposed to appear (see screenshot).

    2. The video slider (Slider Revolution) sometimes moves to other parts of the website (see screenshot).

    Can you please help?

    I have Updated the theme to the latest version but still had the issue. I then deactivated all plugins and started enabling them one by one as you said.

    I found out that the problem is caused by the revolution slider plugin. After a quick google search i found this article:

    https://theme.co/apex/forums/topic/cannot-swipescroll-over-revolution-slider/

    I deactivated touch in the slider settings and that solved my problem.

    Thank you for the support!

    Hello,

    website: refinedradiancesd.com

    I installed the demo content (beauty) to a new WP site. There was no content there prior to installing the Jevelin theme and importing the demo content (other than one plugin – WP Maintenance Mode, which is currently activated). When I click on the menu nav buttons (home, services, testimonials, etc) it goes to a “405 Not Allowed” page. But then when I go back a page it has scrolled to the correct area of the page.

    I am using a new hosted plan on my web host, and made sure that the PHP is updated, so I think I should be good to go there.

    Can you help me troubleshoot?

    Thanks in advance.

    Drew

    Then this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin, Slider Revolution plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    I am trying to update my Slider Revolution, however the plug in is not updating. I get the below error message:

    Update Failed: The package could not be installed.

    Any guidance on how to get this updated?

    Regarding the code you shared (copied below) – this didn’t fully resolve the issue. I don’t want a transparent container. I want to:

    1. Change the color of the title logo when the page scrolls, not the color of the container background when the page scrolls. Do you have any other ideas?
    2. Remove the gap bar that appears when I view it on my phone  (which still appears – iphone SE) – it’s white now because i changed the container color of slider revolution to white on wp bakery, but it’s still showing a gap and i want the hero image to fill the full screen on iphone SE.

    Thank you for your time

    body #page-container header.primary-mobile-light .sh-header-mobile.sh-sticky-mobile-header-active {
        background: transparent !important;
        border: 0 !important;
    }

    Edit: For the first point above, I tried this code and it worked for what I was trying to accomplish. I still need help with the second one and the rest of the issues I raised prior.

    body #page-container header.primary-mobile-light .sh-header-mobile.sh-sticky-mobile-header-active #header-logo-title {
    	color: #5a9fb6!important;
    }

    Hi guy,

    Thanks to the wonderful theme, my site has been running smoothly. But I need to change the hero slider into a simpler one for quicker loading and better compatibility with mobile phone. The default slider from https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/ is perfect for me to work on.

    I have tried install demo content but the process has messed up the existing content (lucky I have a back up ).

    Can you do me a favour,  and export your default slider from Slider Revolution into a file.  So I can simply import the file and get the default slider to my site?

    Thanks!

    Elton

    There is a weird grey bar above and below the hero image – I want that out so that the hero image / slider revolution is full bleed on mobile.

    I visited your shared site on mobile and it is displaying fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Which browser are you using to test it?

    Please it using a different browser.

    My header logo title disappears when I scroll on mobile. How do i set it so that the title logo isn’t disappearing

    To achieve this, please enable the sticky mobile header in the theme Header settings as shown in the second & third attached screenshots.

    My contact form below is powered by WPForms and for some reason some of the placeholder texts is hidden. Why is this?

    New issue #5: now the “name” and “email” fields are invisible on mobile. why is this?

    Please see in the attached screenshot how it is displaying fine for me.

    Thanks!

    I just changed it so the background of that container is white instead of grey but you’ll see that there’s still an issue with the gap for issue #1.

    Issue #1 still exists.

    Issue #2 has been resolved with mobile view for slider revolution.

    Issue #3 and #4 still exist.

    Hi team,

    I’m having several issues with the mobile version of my site. I checked for prior posts that addressed this and couldn’t find any.

    1. There is a weird grey bar above and below the hero image – I want that out so that the hero image / slider revolution is full bleed on mobile.
    2. The action button on the hero slider is misaligned, and the hero slider text is TINY. How do I make it responsive on mobile where the side increases and the alignment stays true?
    3. My contact form below is powered by WPForms and for some reason some of the placeholder texts is hidden. Why is this?

    Thanks.

    It is displayed by the slider revolution plugin so we can’t change it in the theme but we’ll notify the plugin developer about it so that they will fix it.

    Just make sure that you are using latest version of the slider revolution plugin.

    I did this, but I cannot get the blog slider to show on my page.

    In the page I set the template to blog.

    On page revolution slider options I set the slide to blog slider.

    I even tried adding a revolution slider block to the block editor with the slide selected. I am not sure what else I can do.

    Thank you

    I have tested it on my mobile many times but couldn’t reproduce the issue.

    Please deactivate all plugins on your site except Unyson plugin, Slider Revolution plugin and WpBakery page builder plugin then test it.

    Unfortunately, my site was a victim of a Yellow Pencil hacker and I’m having to recreate.

    The nav/Rev slider used to work like this (a mirror of my site from Nov 2018) with a beautiful sticky/transparent/responsive header: https://web.archive.org/web/20180810001152/http://julianasacademyofdance.com/

    But now, I can NOT find the setting to remove the white space from the default template and the pages look like this:

    https://julianasacademyofdance.com/homeb/

    I’d really like to get my global settings in order before I recreate all the pages…Could you please help?   Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Had to restore backup after the yellow pencil screwed my site.

    I then removed the yellow pencil plugin.

    Now I can’t seem to get slider revolution work on a blog template page.

    Can you show screenshots to get a slider above blog posts? Thank you
