Finally, I had a message from my host provider saying the database is too big and I have to take the “gold” option! So I had a look at it and saw there are 2 incredibly huge tables (attachment) though my site is really simple at the time, and I don’t know what to do to have them more “regular”

Those tables contain data about your site posts.

Do you have large number of posts on your site?

Also have you used as a table prefix on your site?

Second: There is a very large gap underneath the slider and above the car element which is simply white space — the ‘Services’ area is completely missing on mobile. I guess it’s where the huge empty white space currently shows up. How is this fixed?

If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not update that plugin until it is updated in the theme.

We will update the plugin bundled with the theme in very theme version so you don’t need to purchase it.

Just make sure you are using below latest version of theme and then just delete the slider revolution plugin and install updated one from Appearance -> Install Plugins

In the shared email they are suggesting to contact revolution slider plugin developer to update library in the plugin.
