I have my default global link colour set to ae1b34 and hover link to 620d1a, which is what I want 99% of the time.
However, on my main slider for the homepage, I’d like the link text to be white (ffffff)

How do I do this?
You can see at the moment, how the link on slide 1 is not readable because of the colour scheme.
I want it to look like slides 2-4 when I add in the links to the buttons.

The slider revolution plugin bundled with the theme doesn’t contain templates and you have to purchase the plugin separately to use it.

I would like to keep responsive so to embed in jpg not a solution.
Slider revolution maybe not the best solution because I need 6 of them on the homepage. Can I overlap two section one picture other with text for example? Or any better idea?
Yes you can achieve this using column element and adding text content element in the page builder then just add background image to the column element.
Other question. Do you have a more detailed demo page some manual where I can see all style for all elements? Would save a lot of time to find the best style for elements.
You can access theme documentation as shown in the attached screenshot.
But as we are using third party plugins to create elements in the pages so you have to refer the documentations of those plugins as described in the below pages.

I had tried to adjust the settings you recommended, but it does not work. I have added screen shot attachments to show my problem.
The font colour in the menu is white. It cannot be seen over the revolution slider. However when you scroll down, the font colour changes to black. I would like it be just a black colour, so you can see it over the revolution slider.

We have updated slider revolution plugin on our server so just delete and reinstall the plugin on your site to get latest version of it.

I have notified the theme developer to update bundled slider revolution plugin.
The updated theme containing this change will be released ASAP.

It seems that it does work now on browsers except for Chrome.here’s an article showing the issue:
I have tried that fix and it did not work for me. But the issue is supposedly fixed in Revolution Slider 5.4.8 – so when will that new version be implemented into the theme? it seems like this is a pretty big issue.
It says to contact the theme author – and they don’t support bundled licenses.
to recap, I have:
- installed and reinstalled entire theme
- updated to current version of theme
- removed slider revolution and added new one
- tried many different youtube videos
- tried site with and without https being enabled
- tried origin with and without “www”
- tried default settings from sample
- disabled all plugins
- tried many different browsers
So at this point, I still have a giant problem, and no course of action to be able to fix it?
We couldn’t reproduce the issue so don’t have any specific solution for it and you have to try changing youtube URL, removing origin and contact Slider Revolution to resolve it.

I have tried and tries to get a youtube video to work for the background just like in this example, I downloaded that free template, and it will not play, no matter what I do.

If you see, icon back to top working well.. Revolution slider scroll to content below them also works.. But, everything else on the menu didn’t working well..
I already put ID on section, and use #ID on the menu custom link. So what’s wrong?

Please make sure you have configured the Google Maps content element on that page by adding Google Maps API key in it.
Also please make sure you have activated the Slider Revolution plugin at the time of importing demo content.
