Plugins are currently disabled if you want/need to look at the site.

If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not register that plugin until you purchase it.

I am trying to use video in the landing slider. The 29MB MP4 works great in all browser but when I convert it to webm (6MB), only the firefox will load it. Chrome on win10 will only load the cover image. When I drag a webm file to the Chrome, it plays smoothly, so it must be the setup of the site, right?
I have added these to the .Htaccess file
AddType video/ogg .ogv
AddType video/mp4 .mp4
AddType video/webm .webmPlease help.Thanks.
P.S. Then I figure out by accident, if I choose the webm file on the MP4 field, the webm will load and play on Chrome. Is that a bug?

I am confused – everything looked already perfect. Now – after I do not know what I might have changed – my revolution slider have an unsual padding. I found this in the code:

}So I tried to add to my custome css code:

}But it does not work because after reloading the page the section code always changes:

You have to crate that slider in Slider Revolution plugin and use it on blog page by editing the blog page as shown in the attached screenshot.

we are using revolution slider in our homepage and trying to locate 2 buttons at the center of the banner, as you can see here:
http://football.intelligym.com/home-nl/It works well for some resolution but when, for example, screen width is at 320 pixels buttons are overlapping (see attached).
We tried several things in order to solve this issue without any success (changed settings, put buttons inside a group, custom css…).
As you can see in the html, each button is inside a div with class “tp-parallax-wrap” and the position of that div is calculated automatically by the plugin script.For this slider we created a global slide where the buttons are defined so they will show through the entire slide presentation.
Could you please advise on this matter?

How do you reduce the “Section” height when the padding has already been set to “0”. If you take a look at http://www.benjaminbrain.com and look at the “About Me” section on the homepage, there is loads of white space above and below the text – even though all padding is set to “0”.
Also, on my “connect” page – http://www.benjaminbrain.com/connect – there is a big white gap at the top of the page. Again, all padding is set to “0”
This is because you have added padding to the column in which you have added About Me text so please remove padding from column also.
On the connect page i can see you have not set section padding to 0 as shown in the attached screenshot.
The Revolution Slider does not show up as I would like on a mobile device. Is there a way of the site showing a Slider for desktop and a different one for mobile devices?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of jevelin theme. Also it is working fine for other users so it seems something is happening on your site causing these issues.
Not to worry we will troubleshoot and fix the issues.
First of all please make sure you are using latest version of theme and plugins.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Slider Revolution and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

That is custom developed page so it displays full width.
You can also display your site home page full width by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
