Please help me with the revolution slider. its working fine on desktop but on mobile there’s some grey padding coming on top as well as on bottom.

Already checked method: slider is full screen, background fit equals to cover, no yellow pencil additional css etc.

In google chrome, using device toolbar it looks fine. but if you look in real-time devices you will see the problem.

I’m not able to see the remaining section after Slider Revolution Section in my mobile phone.

When I scroll in desktop its working properly from header to footer all section are loading. But when I’m visiting from mobile, it’s only showing the header/slider section only. When I try to scroll its not working. or the remaining portion is not visible in mobile.

I’ve also try this option but the issue is same in mobile

My WordPress installation is on a intranet server, so I can’t updade plugins automatically using the WordPress interface, I have to upload files manually via FTP to update plugins.

Where can I find files for Unyson plugins and for the Revolution Slider so that I could upload them manually?

On my website (https://www.willemstechnieken.be/) I recently updated to Revolution Slider 6, because that’s what the Jevelin-theme recommended.

However, when I load my website, the Revolution Slider is not shown anymore and the error in the console is the following:
Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: a[href*=#]:not([data-vc-tabs]):not([data-vc-accordion]):not(.vc_carousel-control)

When I login to my website’s admin panel and view the homepage, the Revolution Slider is shown without any errors ..

What am I doing wrong?

I’m having an issue with the slider revolution not showing, a few animation elements not working as well as a top page navigation drop-down that doesn’t reveal. I’ve tried deactivating all plug-ins. When I switch themes, that’s when I can see the drop-down nav working.

I tried all the combinations of turning things on and off but nothing seems to work. My landing page works fine. However I have problem with all the subpages.

When I turn on slider revolution for subpages header including menu and footer stop showing. When I turn slider revolution off at that particular subpage then all starts to work.

My aim is to have the same slider revolution on all subpages, the very same one as I have on the landing page. I have not touched the code.

Can you please advise?

Just purchased Jevelin and installed the “Foodie” Demo Import but its missed the cool Revolution Slider on the top of homepage?

Is there a setting somewhere to assign the Slider to the homepage? Just want it to look exactly like the demo to get me started.  Currently just says “Slide not found, please select other slide” in the homepage header.

Hi Shufflehound, After I updated my WP site I have encountered several problems.

1. Firstly my Fancy Product Designer plugin. According to: https://support.fancyproductdesigner.com/support/solutions/articles/5000582912-using-the-debug-mode-to-inspect-any-missing-hooks-in-woocommerce-product-pages
   I have an issue with the body_class filter and the Jevelin theme.
2. Secondly, the Admin toolbar has disappeared, how come is that? I get this warning:
   <b>Warning</b>: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘_wp_admin_bar_init’ not found or invalid function name in <b>/var/www/[…]/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php</b> on line <b>287</b>
3. Thirdly I use the Slider Revolution plugin, It used to work, however now I do not with your theme (If I change the theme to one of the standard ones it works.)

Hi,

I was using your theme and suddenly the fonts stopped working – I am choosing body font and it only works on main website and not working on others website on my site. Lately we’ve had change autoptimise plugin to light speed cache, because autooptimise was clashing with the theme and revolution slider plugin. Now no matter which font I choose in theme settings it’s show times new roman on all websites besides the homepage.

Could you direct me (link) to the latest update for Jevelin. My slider revolution no longer works, screen transitions don’t work etc.

Also, explain how i install the new version. Currently running version 4.5.2.

We have bought 3 Jevelin themes. The first one works perfect.
This morning i activated the second one (We already did build the website from a copy from the first one.)
When i activated the them trough Envato Market, a lot of settings where gone.

Also Slider Revolution is nog working. I get redirected to a 404 page when i want to edit a slider.

Can you help me with these problems?

Hi, I have some issues with this update.

1. In the new update 4.8.3, “});” will be displayed on the site.

2. Slider Revolution also doesn’t work.

[Details]It is not displayed on the page installed by Slider Revolution.

↑↑ So far, it’s a version 4.8.3 issue. And WordPress version 5.5, WPBakery Page Builder version 6.4.1.

I had a problem with version 4.8.3, so I went back to version 4.8.0 and compared. However, WPBakery Page Builder is still version 6.4.1. That may be the problem.

3.Some parts of WPBakery Page Builder are not working.

[Details 3-2.]On the management screen, “Timeline” turns blank.I can create it, but I can’t edit it. (version 4.8.0)

I’m having problems with two things on my Jevelin-website (www.bikesight.nl).

• Slider Revolution is not working, I only see a white area where the slider supposed to be. I deactived all the other plugins, but that didn’t work. Now I deleted slider revolution.
• In responsive modus on Mobile, the drop-down menu doesn’t work. I see the ‘hamburger’, but nothing appears when touching it.

Hi, when I open my site on a mobile phone it looks like the header is wider than the content below it and it goes beyond the phone’s screen. So if you look at the screenshot attached, the header is wider and it causes the content below it (in this case the revolution slider) to still have some empty space to the right of it and it doesn’t stick to the edges of the screen. Any advice would be much appreciated.
