I am continuing to have problems with installing Jevelin into Thrive. The support request I originally entered is showing resolved but the problem has come back.

I logged in to your shared site but didn’t see any error message on it and the Jevelin theme seems working fine.
Could you please tell me exactly when you get the error message so that I can reproduce and troubleshoot it?
