    Install attempt of Jevelin Multi-Purpose Premium Responsive WordPress Theme.

    Error: This archive does not seem to be generated from Thrive Architect – unable to find the config file.

     

    I followed the directions here:

I’ve messed around with screenshot and screencast and I got a error saying the server is down. and screencast just plain didn’t start when I clicked on the record button. Just sign into my site and try to install. Let me know if that password still doesn’t work for you.</div>

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    You can install the theme resolving this error as described in the below page.

    I logged in to your site using shared credentials and saw you have already installed Jevelin theme on your site so I just activated theme required plugin on your site as shown in the attached screenshots.

    Same problem continues. I am uploading a screenshot of the error.

    I am not sure why you are uploading theme zip file in media library.

     

    Please advise.

     

    Are you using Thrive Content Builder which is causing this issue?

     

    If yes then please try temporary disabling it.
