Home › Forums › Jevelin Theme › 403 Error When Trying to Open Theme Settings
Overnight my website completely changed. All theme settings are gone. It went from beautiful website that I sunk endless hours into to an empty shell.
I went to tried to go to Jevelin’s theme settings but received a “403 forbidden” message.
I deactivated all my plugins and that didn’t help.
What’s going on? Please advise.
Theme: Jevelin
Theme Version: 3.1.1
WordPress: 4.9.8
PHP: 7.0.32
Hi @kristyh0,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
The 403 forbidden is server and permission related issue and not theme issue.
You can fix 403 Forbidden Error on your site as described in the following pages.

Solution for this topic
Hi! I figured out the problem. Without anyone touching anything, the Unyson plug in somehow uninstalled from WordPress. Upon reinstalling, everything works and looks just as it should.
Awesome great to see you got that figured out.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
