Good morning-
I’m working on the Jevelin:Business theme at http://www.bleigh.com/wordpress
Last night I ran into my first few questions that I couldn’t answer yet.
- Where is the top “menu” found? Maybe it isn’t a menu, but on mobile it behaves like one. It currently contains only a blue button that says “Purchase”. I need to edit that part.
- In the video section the play button icon is a linkable object, but I don’t really want to link offsite to Youtube, I want the video to be embedded and play right there. How would I do that?
I’m looking for an explanation/description rather than having you do that for me, so if you could, please let me know.
So, this theme came with free support, but you haven’t answered this question in over 2 days.
Out of necessity, I figured these things out on my own, but what is the timeframe in which I can expect a reply? Are you faster at answering people who pay to extend the support period?

Well in Themeforest we have stated that the reply time can be up to 5 business days, but we usually try to answer quicker.
