    Hi,

I am trying to get an accordion menu inside a woocommerce page, generated by the Global Add ons plugin.

The accordion menu is working perfectly on a normal page:

    Please check the printscreen.

When I try to integrate it, the colors get weird and also the menu is not working at all. Click on “wat is een canvas” to generate the problem.

Can you please help me why ?

Thanks in advance for your help !

    Hi @worldofpixel,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Is it working fine for you inside Woocommerce page using any default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen?

Also have you contacted the Global Add ons plugin developer regarding this issue?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi there,

It is working fine on a wordpress page (http://www.worldofpixels.be/test-accordion/).

Without the Global Addons plugin, just as a product short description in Woocommerce, it is not working either (check above of the page)

The accordion is completely different (please check printscreen).

But it is displaying the text and images and so on, which is normal as there is no script loading for activating an accordion whatsoever (js and co) if I am not mistaking? Do you have an idea ?

If it does not work with default WordPress theme then it is that plugin issue and not theme issue so please contact the plugin developer regarding this. Please see our scope of theme support here https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
