    Hello,

     

    I’m seeing a grey and blank map on my website. I tested the beta version you offered in another post, and updated everything else and it didn’t fix the broken map.

    I see there are a few recent tickets about the map issues, some of them support was able to fix. Can you post the fix here so I can get the map working?

    The latest beta version should have addressed the issue, as the only change we made was updating the theme version.

    Unfortunately, our latest fixes haven’t worked out for your specific situation.

     

    Do you have any idea when this issue first started? Maybe after an update or something? We’re just trying to gather some extra info to help us get to the bottom of this.

    Yes, after a theme update. Some time around 9/27.

    Hi there,

     

    After multiple tests we saw that you have entered both address and latitude/longitude. It seems that it caused an issue and by removing the latitude/longitude options the Google Maps is working fine now.

     

    Can you please check that? šŸ™‚

    That did it. We didn’t always have long/lat there, I think we added it in an attempt to fix the issue. The theme update must have fixed it, thanks!
