    Dear Team,

    I am reaching out to you regarding an issue we are experiencing with the theme on our website. We have noticed that the back button does not work on the mobile site, and we would like to seek your assistance in resolving this problem.

    To provide you with an example of how the problem can be replicated, please follow these steps: go to the home page, click on any product, let the product page load, and then press the back button, either the default button present on the phone device or browser. Unfortunately, we are unable to go back to the home page, and the page just keeps on loading. The pre-loader stays on all the time in this case.

    We understand that this issue is affecting the user experience on our website, and we would appreciate it if you could assist us in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let us know if there are any specific details or information that you need from us to help you troubleshoot the issue.

    We just tested your website on iPhone with the latest iOS version and the back button worked just fine.

    On what browser/device did you see this issue?

    We have been facing this problem with all android devices. And tbh I didn’t check with the ios device, will do that now.

    We have currently tested it also on android devices and we could replicate it.

     

    At the moment we can recommend disabling this feature as currently, we don’t have any fast fixes for this issue as we don’t know what is causing it to not work the Android phones.
