    Hi support,

It looks like the backend editor does not seem to be working on my site. The front end does not look like how it is supposed to and when I go to the backend, all the info just shows in the regular WordPress editor rather than the different column containers I had them in using the page editor plugin.

All pages aside from the homepage have this issue.

Can you help look into it? I included some screenshots of how it looks vs how it is supposed to look. But any page aside from the homepage seems to be having this issue.

    Best regards,

    German

    Hi there,

We just tested your website and currently, your website seems fine on the front end.

Did you manage to fix the issue?

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

Oh, it seems that we checked the wrong page for your site. As other page seemed fine. It seems that your Unyson page builder content is somehow converted to a text editor.

We can recommend first seeing if the Unyson framework plugin is installed and activated as that content was built by this plugin’s page builder. Then see if that fixes it. If not, then please try to restore the older page revision.

Let us know if that helps! 🙂

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team
