Hello,
So I started using the Jevelin theme some weeks ago, and today I tried to change the background of a column division. But when i just change the image with YellowPencil, it just get back to the old image. I placed the column division screenshot in attachments. The link to my website is https://killiangassin.fr
If anyone know where does this problem comes from, please tell me.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please change the background column image by editing the page using the WPBakery page builder and not the Yellow Pencil editor.

I tried your solution but there is no background image in the column, maybe i don’t select the good element, i’m really new to WP bakery.

If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
