Hello,
we updated Jevelin Theme & WordPress right now and got a new issue.
We can’t edit our Blog Posts or create a new one.
When we click on edit oder create new (Blog Post) –> the screen goes white and freeze
Everything else works fine (Pages, Portfolio, Slider)
Do you have any solution for that issue?
Many thanks
Hi @FlorianSteinhoferTravador,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I could confirm the issue on your shared site.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi,
thanks for your reply.
I already tried to deactivate all plugins except Unyson and activate them one by one.
But it don’t solves the problem. Even when all Plugins exept Unyson are deaktivated, i cant edit blog posts or enter the backend page.
the white screen stays
best regards
I have just noticed that I do not come to the blog page as well. All other pages work, except the blog.
Update:
I always get a white screen, by doing the following operations:
I deactivated all Plugins, except Unyson, but the issue with the white screen remains.
I can see it is also not working when I use default WordPress Twenty Nineteen theme so it seems the issue with your WordPress installation and not the theme.
You can try resolving the issue by reinstalling WordPress on your website as described below.

Solution for this topic
we solved the issue by refreshing the page with
command + shift +r
caching of the javascript files, maybe?
