    Just purchased the theme for a second site for a client as they want it looking exactly like the parent site(could not use multi site). Anyway, I am trying to access backend options(*/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jevelin-theme-settings) and I keep getting a “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I have checked all the areas for permissions issue but found no answer. Can you please help?

    </div>
    Also, done some debugging with the Health Check plugin and disabling all plugins does not resolve the issue.

    Hi @xavaireland,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme.

    Please make sure that you have installed all the theme-required plugins from the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team
