Hi there –
I just installed Jevelin, and I’m unable to upload images to the Media Library. I keep getting a “HTTP error” message.
I’ve tried different file formats (.jpg, .png), as well as different sizes (making sure they’re not too big) …. nothing is working. Screenshot attached showing the error I receive once the image upload fails.
Hi @eliz1459,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Hello –
The “Portfolio” feature of my website seems not to be working. I cannot see any of the existing Portfolio items I’ve created (“Portfolio > All Projects” shows me a blank screen – even though it says there are 11 active).
Screenshot attached of my view.
I logged into your site and saw you are using outdated version of PHP on your site as shown in the attached screenshot so please update it to the latest version by contacting your web host.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Thank you – The previous issues have all been resolved!
Now, however, when I click a Portfolio item from my homepage, each one takes me to a “404 Error” page. Every portfolio item is published — but even when I got into their individual postings and click “preview”, it also takes me to “404 Error” page.
Homepage (“Development Projects” section about halfway down): http://silverpropertyinvestments.com
1 example portfolio link is here (although shows error!): http://silverpropertyinvestments.com/project/1704-melon-st-philadelphia-pa-19130/
Please try resaving your site permalink settings in your site admin area on the below path.
Admin Area -> Settings -> Permalinks
If it still doesn’t work then also try resetting your site htaccess file as described in the following pages.
