We added the Notice feature to mention the cookies policy via Jevelin settings for the Notice panel section. It looks fine and is shown correctly, but you cant click on Learn More or Close the Notice header on the homepage but works just fine on other pages.
Can you please let us know why it’s happening and how to resolve it?

I could confirm the issue on your website.
It seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having the text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

It seems to work fine on other pages except for the homepage, so something there is not letting it work.
When you say the log in to your website, are you talking about wp-admin or something else? I provided the login to our staging site for the actual website view, not wp-admin.

Yes, I am talking about wp-admin and the staging site credentials will be sufficient.
Ok I already provided the staging site credentials, I’m assuming you can view our staging site right now? and can see that the notice banner works on pages like this:

but doesn’t work on the homepage (the only page I found so far this way):
Let me update the theme version to the latest 4.8.3 and see if that helps. I should have it done shortly. Do I need to take any backup before I do that or just follow the instructions to upgrade? We are on 5.4.2 of WP currently.
If you have an older WordPress version then:
- Install/activate Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin
- Install the downloaded theme ZIP as usual
I finished updating the theme to 4.8.3 but as I suspected the Notice bar is still not working. Can you please check? You should have a login to our staging site (not wp-admin).
Looks like I fixed it, testing it now. Had to adjust the header padding
