Is it possible to do that on Jevelin. If yes, How?

Could you please tell me when you exactly get that error?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Yes you can achieve it using Unyson page builder Heading Animation content element as shown in the attached screenshot.

- the blog categories and sample blog posts have disappeared for some reason. How do I get them back?
- Where do I have to go to change the Superman photo in the header? I changed it once, but I can’t find the place.

You can only get them back if you have backup of your site before this incident happened.

You can change it from theme titlebar settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
I’ve tried to change it from the title bar settings multiple times, but it doesn’t work. Please look again and let me know how to change it

I’ve figured it out. I’ve overwritten that using YellowPencil. Now it works
