How do I change the background color on these bubbles? I can’t find the place to change this color. Thank you!

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can change this color by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-footer .widget_tag_cloud a { background-color: #000; } body #page-container .sh-footer .widget_tag_cloud a:hover { background-color: #c1b1b1 !important; }You can change the color value in the above code to whatever you want to use by referring the following pages.
