hi there,
I tried changing the header logo through Jevelin -> customize header, used ‘header 1’ option and changed the logo but it wouldn’t update on the site. I ahave a WP Bakery Header as well but I don’t want to use that for my header. If I have a WP Bakery Header will it not show any other header and update the logo on it?

well, I think this should be an optin … just because I create a WP Header doesn’t mean I should have to use it. Especially if all these other header options are available that I would want to use.
You are using the header created by WPBakery page builder so, you have to change the logo as described below.

You can change the header layout in the theme header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
