    Hello,

    I am using the startup theme and I am trying to locate where within wordpress I can find a way to change the blue banner at the top of the page, to a different colour (yellow).

     

    I have attached the image I am referring to for reference.

    It is possible that this is an image and there won’t be an option to change it.
