    Hi, my contact form isn’t working…I tried the Check Email plugin and received it fine….It’s weird because the form is saying “Message Sent” but not coming through to the inbox of the client….

     

    Can you please help?

    Hi CamZamora,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    This is happening because you are using custom domain email address to send emails but have not configured its SMTP settings so please configure it and then send test email as shown in the attached screenshots.
