    Hello there,

I’ve noticed that all links (including the ones in the menu) on my website suddenly include an extension, e.g.

    “?csrt=88481710734243597xx” or similar.

I have no idea why or how to get rid of the code.

First, I thought that this might be related to WooCommerce, however, the plugin is deactivated. Also, I have deleted the cache.

Do you have any idea what I could do? Any help is much appreciated!

    Best,
    Simon

    Hi Simon,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

This can be added by the plugin used on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is adding it if any.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

I just deactivated the plugins as described. Now the website seems broken and I cannot log into the backend anymore.

The website login issue has nothing to do with deactivating the plugins.

If you can’t log into your website then please contact your web host to resolve it.

    Solution for this topic

Thank you. It seems like the link extensions are a symptom of a malware infection and indeed not connected to Jevelin. Thank you.

Awesome great to see you got that found.

You are always welcome here 🙂

    Have a fantastic day!
