I have 3 different sites that use Jevelin and I am getting the same issue on all 3. I can see the customizer menu, but some of the items are displaying oversized and I can not open the ones that display normally.
It would appear that the advanced css editor plugin is the issue, but I have removed it multiple times and still the same issue. I have also disabled all other non essential plugins and still have the same result.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Have you tried disabling the child theme to see if that resolves the issue? Sometimes, customizations in the child theme can cause unexpected behavior. Please give this a try and let us know if it helps, as it will help us better understand the root cause of the problem.
