Hi @darkstark3r,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that you have activated the required plugins such as WPBakery Page Builder and Slider revolution from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
the slider plugins are installed and activated, but the template system does not seem to have found out and asks me to install it
If you have already installed the Slider Revolution plugin then you don’t need to reinstall it.
Have you also activated the WPBakery page builder plugin?
It is supposed to be installed but it does not appear in the list of plugins or page editing options, nor can I find it in the list of new plugins to install
Hi,
Sorry for this inconvenience.
We had issues with CDN (Content Delivery Network) file cache.
Now files are finally updated and both WPbakery page builder and Slider Revolution plugin installations should be fixed.
Before installing both plugins it is recommended to uninstall Revolution Slider plugin. That will fix WPbakery page builder plugin not available for installation issue.
the plugins problem was solved but the template still doesn’t load
my web https://www.webgrafica-ec.com/
the template i need
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/home/home-creative/
I can see it is loaded on your site below the page.
https://www.webgrafica-ec.com/home-creative-wpbakery/
You have to set that page as your site frontpage in your site Reading settings in the admin area.
Yes, the homepage already works for me, although the template demo includes many internal pages, how can I access those pages?
You can access those pages from your site Admin Area -> Pages
negative, I don’t have the mentioned pages
Which mentioned pages are you talking about?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Please don’t share sensitive information on the forum as this is a public forum so the information shared can be misused by others.
Please change the shared credentials ASAP.
If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”.
ok
The shared credentials are not working for me so please make sure that it is correct and working fine.
Also, as asked above please tell me which mentioned pages are you talking about?
<pre id=”tw-target-text” class=”tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta” dir=”ltr” data-placeholder=”Traducción”>For me, an internal page on a website is a link from the home page to a secondary page, in this case I only have the home page, so I would be missing all the internal pages shown in the demo
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/home/home-creative/
I have bought templates other times and they come with all the demo information, or they are sold as landing page, but in the case of you it does not seem to me that it is a landing page considering the cost
About the credentials, tell me from which country you access, the country may be blocked on the server
For me, an internal page on a website is a link from the home page to a secondary page, in this case I only have the home page, so I would be missing all the internal pages shown in the demo
Some internal pages of that creative demo are part of another demo so you may need to import that demo also on your website and some pages are part of WooCommerce plugin and custom pages that you need to create on your website manually.
These some pages are not part of the demo content as it is site specific.
Now, please share the specific page URL from the demo site that you want to create on your website so that I can help you to create them.
To achieve this, please create a page and assign it a blog template as shown in the first attached screenshot.
To achieve this, please create a page and add & configure a portfolio content element in it as shown in the second attached screenshot.
You can create that shop page as described on the below pages.
https://wpexplorer-themes.com/total/docs/woocommerce-shop-page/
https://atlantisthemes.com/missing-woocommerce-pages/
To achieve this, please create a page and add & configure an accordion content element in it as shown in the third attached screenshot.
