This is the 3rd time I have purchased the Jevelin theme.
My job is to find the most beautiful themes to create beautiful sites for my clients.My problem :
Yesterday I bought the jevelin theme.
But the demos do not install.
In particular MEDICAL & FOOD
I haven’t tried the others. I am discouraged.
I need all the demo themes.
I use them as a visual aid for my clients.I am very annoyed because I have 2 contracts in progress and the web developer who usually helps me is on vacation.
Could you help me please ?

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
Could you please tell me exactly what problem you are facing and are you getting any error?

I was only able to set up a creative agency demo and fashion shop demo.I would like to be able to install other demos
But when I try the HOME page – (for the demo) is not created.As I could read in other discussions on the forum, to save time I created an administrator account for you.

Well done jevelin! client service …It is convenient to share and refer to the credentials here therefore we have developed the private field but not sure why it is not working only for you.

I have the impression that there is an incompatibility with the wp bakery and Unyson plugins
I uninstalled Wp bakery to be able to work a bit, but in any case we cannot use any demo theme as you advertise on your sales page.
And in my opinion all this is linked to an interference between the 2 plug-ins mentioned above.
Besides, I could read it in other subjects in this forum.Thank you in advance for your help.

In short, I’m just sick of having bought this template.Do whatever you want, delete everything if necessary.

I have troubleshot the issue and found this is happening because of the Unyson page builder.
We are resolving the issue and in the meanwhile, you can import the demo content created using the WPBakery page builder.
