    <p class=”p1″>Hello,</p>
    <p class=”p1″>I am using Pantheon for website hosting, I build the website in their Dev environment using your Jevelin theme and child theme, everything worked beautifully. When I went to move the website up to the test environment, I realized that the page was not loading correctly. After a little investigation I realized that the Unyson page builder was not appearing on the test environment even though the files were moved to the test environment. Is there a permission element holding the page builder back? if not, is there a solution to this problem?</p>

    Hi @todd,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    This issue occurs with Unyson plugin due to some unknown reason.

     

    You can just temporary activate any default WordPress theme such Twenty Seventeen then activate Unyson page builder extension and then again activate Jevelin theme.
