    Hello,

     

    I successfully uploaded and installed the theme.  However, when I am logged in, I do not have access to the Theme Settings, Plug-Ins and many of the tools of the Jevelin Theme.  I am a “Administrator” user on the WordPress site.  Can you please let me know if this is a common issue and how to resolve?

    Hi Ryan,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Please make sure that you have activated theme required Unyson plugin.

     

    If you still face the issue with it then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    Thank you Shufflehound Team. I was able to upload the required theme plug-ins and all is accessible now. Much thanks!
