    Hi Pino,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

The 403 forbidden is server and permission related issue and not theme issue.

You can fix 403 Forbidden Error on your site as described in the following pages.

    Hi Shufflehound team

i have check all files and folder permission, PHP version (I have ver. 7), htaccess.

I have checked everything and I still have the problem.

I also tried to reset the text block, but it has always been an error. I am attaching the screenshots of text block and heading pro.

    Thanks.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?

If you need more info, please ask me.

If you need administrator account, please ask

    Thanks

Yes I got your site details on email but I need administrator access to troubleshoot it so could you please grant me that access?

    Access granted.

    Thank you.

It seems happening because the site /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php file is Forbidden as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please make sure it is not forbidden by referring the information provided in the following page and contacting your web host.
