    I AM NEW CUSTOMER

    AFTER INSTALL THE THEME I TRIED CLICK IMPORT DEMO

    CORPORATE

     

    BUT ALLWAYS HAVE THE ERROR

    An error occurred while fetching file from: https://api.shufflehound.com/jevelin/ocdi_wpbakery_files/corporate/corporate_content.xml!
    Reason: 403 – Forbidden.

     

    PLEASE HELP I NEED URGENT CONCLUDE THE SITE FOR A CUSTOMER

    Please contact your web host to make sure that accessing domain https://api.shufflehound.com is not restricted.

     

    Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided in the following pages.

    I can’t log into your shared site as your site login page displays an error message as shown in the attached screenshot so please make sure that it is publicly accessible.

    Please , try again access to admin WP please.

    I could log into your site now and confirmed the issue but it is working fine on my test site without any issue.

     

    Please contact your web host to make sure that accessing  domain https://api.shufflehound.com is not restricted.

    After call my host suporte we don t find any restriction in our site in firewall.

    but they haved a new test using curl in the address of your demo xml

    Look, i observed that you are using a CLOUDFLARE in your site , i believe that the error is caused because the cloudflare , i hope that  is the problema he s blocking my access.

    i ve call my host and they confirm that have no restrictions in my site now.

    Look, i observed that you are using a CLOUDFLARE in your site , i believe that the error is caused because the cloudflare , i hope that  is the problema he s blocking my access.

    It is working fine on my test site.

     

    Please ask your web host to whitelist CLOUDFLARE and https://api.shufflehound.com

     

    Do you have any other site hosted on a different server?

     

    If yes then could you please test the import on that site?

    I will try make all tests using other host also.

    And ask my host do whitelist cloudflare also.

    Sorry , but after all tests the problem persists.

    I myself is developer with great experience (25 years).

    Analysing the error message i can conclude with confidence that

    cloudflare is blocking my site.

    I hear about cloudflare failures in the last week in internet.

     

    If a open the address: https://api.shufflehound.com/jevelin/ocdi_wpbakery_files/corporate/corporate_content.xml

    in a webbrowser works normally.

    But importing demo CORPORATE or any other the error 403 occurs.

    Please i need urgently a answer , or will need to cancel my buy and request chargeback and try other template instead of JEVELIN.

     

    I need urgently a solutions.

    The developer has temporarily disabled the Cloudflare proxy so could you please try it again?
