Every time I try to install this theme, I get sent to the same page with the message below. I have signed out and back in on both Themeforest and WordPress, and I’ve downloaded several times, but I get the same error every time. I’m selecting the .zip file that is provided as download.

I’m using WordPress version 6.7.1 and PHP Version 8.2.27
I tried again and am actually getting a different error now when I try to install theme. I’ve tried twice now, with a brand new download file from Themeforest download page.
It says:
