While sharing a post from facebook, I want to show feature image, title and content ( without category, author name, post date and 3 min read)
How can I achieve that?

It is not implemented in the theme yet but you can achieve this using free Yoast SEO plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ as described in the following pages.

The issue is resolved in the below latest version of theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
