    Good morning,

    We have purchased the Jevelin template and are unable to install it. When entering the purchase code we get the following message: “The purchase code provided previously could not be found. Please check the code and try again”

    It also does not allow us to install the plugins. I get the following attached error. Please, we need to resolve this asap.

    Hi there,

     

    Are you using your website via HTTPS? And is your certificate working fine? If both are yes, then we will need to access your website (you can share it in the private field) as it looks like a server related issue.
