Home › Forums › Jevelin Theme › Firefox not displaying 2 of 3 footer widgets
Hi,
I got a problem with the theme. In the attachment files you can see that my footer is incomplete on Mozilla Firefox, but is complete and fully functional on Google Chrome.
I also noticed that 2 widgets are greyed out when I use inspect element, which I think means that these elements are hidden because of some reason.
All the help is appreciated!
Hi @CommandPost,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I visited your shared site on Firefox and it is displaying fine for me without any issue.
Please try clearing the browser cache and disabling the WPMU Hustle plugin that you are using on your site.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi,
Thank you for your response.
I don’t think it has anything to do with the browser cache or the plugin you mentioned. I use incognito in Firefox, and the Hustle plugin is only for a pop-up on my website, it has nothing to do with the website’s footer.
Is there another way to create a footer instead of using widgets?
Many thanks,
Isaac

Yes but it generates some invalid markup in your website HTML.
Have you tried deactivating it?

No, easy way but If you are using WPBakery page builder then you can try using it to create footer.
Hi,
Yes I successfully created the footer in the page editor (backoffice). Would you know how I can copy a section from one page to another?
Many thanks!
