Hello My name is Miguel, I have had this theme for a while now and never took advantage of the support. It has ran out.
My Issue is that on https://www.telyphone.com/shop/ and in the products the footer is Huge! I have tried using the Live Pencil but when I start it the page looks fine. when I leave the editor the page goes back to being broken.
I will re purchase the Support but I have to wait until this coming Friday.
I also tried turning off plugins but this is been happening since i purchased the theme.
Any suggestions will help immensely.

It seems happening because of the custom CSS code generated using the yellow pencil editor so could you please try temporarily deactivating the yellow pencil editor plugin?

However now I have all the issues I have to fix all over again .
I will ask my other questions tomorrow after i pay for the support again thank you for your help!
If you want to use the Yellow Pencil editor then you can just remove the specific CSS code that is causing the issue.
You can remove the CSS code from the Yellow Pencil editor as described on the below pages.
