    Hello there,

On our multisite instance we have successfully followed steps to upgrade from Unyson to Redux.

However once the process is finalized the content on both backend (edit) side and frontend is displayed without any formatting.

When we enable Unyson back the formatting is back to normal on the frontend.

Could you please help, in order to upgrade the theme / framework successfully?

    Hello there,

Would you have any advices in order to help us upgrade correctly?

I add the purchase codes below for one of the impacted site.

    Hi there,

It seems that you are still using the Unyson page builder and that is keeping you from disabling it. For now you can just keep Unyson framework active and if in the future you will rebuild it with the WPBakery page builder, then you will be able to fully disable it.

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you elaborate a bit about “if in the future you rebuild it with WPBakery page”: how can we do that exactly, if we wish to move ahead?

    Thank you,

It seems that you will need to manually recreate it.

Most of the Unyson page builder elements are copied to the WPBakery page builder, so you should be able to find the exact elements and copy their options manually.
