The switcher displays when you set portfolio layout to Gallery Slider as shown in the attached screenshot.

In gallery view 1st picture looks bad, information is placed under pictue, but we want to look it as it is in a Default view: https://www.screencast.com/t/DYBkJg8CP
To achieve this in Default view, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
