Hi,
After I’ve got the API Key, put it in Theme Settings->General -> API Key, put the longitude and latitude in the page area it doesn’t show only a gray rectangle.
I’ve attached 2 images for clariffication.
What can be the issue?

Could you please try using just Address and not latitude & longitude?
Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?

Have you tried using just Address and not latitude & longitude?
Please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Also, Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
I have updated the theme and I tried using just Address, but it still doesn’t work.

I can see the below error message is displaying in the browser console so please resolve the issue to make it work.
Geocoding Service: This API project is not authorized to use this API. For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
