    Hello,

I use Jevelin Theme with Header 6 (hamburger menu at the right)

I have a menu item Sales & Services with several submenus. I have a page Sales & Services attached to the menu Sales & Services.

    The problem:

On desktop/laptop when I click on the menu Sales & Services it opens the submenus and doesn’t open the page. I need to open the page clicking on the menu.

On mobile it opens the page but it doesn’t on desktop/laptop.

    How can I fix this?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi @nikkb,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I tried to visit your shared site but it is displaying me the error message as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you please make sure that the site is accessible so that I can help you?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Hello, thank you for your reply. Can you please try copy/paste manually this URL:

    It should work. Thank you.
    Best regards!

I can access your site now.

This is how it works by design which you can see on the below demo site pages.

    https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/header/seventh-header/

    https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/header/sixth-header/

To change this behavior, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support

If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hello, thank you for the reply.

Actually I know how it works in the Jevelin demo. There are not submenus in the demo so I can’t check if it works or not.

I would like kindly to remind you that the problem exists only on the desktop/laptop.

I am wondering could it be a bug and that’s the reason of my ticket. It is not a matter of changing the behaviour.

There are sub menus on the shared demo site as shown in the attached screenshot and it is displayed by the Unyson plugin that the theme is using so it does not work on a desktop.
