Hello,
I have received a notification that my website has been compromised. According to my hosting provider that there is a security loophole within the theme itself. I now have been hacked and they have access to my database and have a code inject within the Database that is redirecting users to malware covered website. Has there been a recent update / are you guys aware of this?
The website in question is : diversefitnesstorbay.co.uk
I have had long term problems with this and the website keeps getting compromised. Hoping you can assist me.
Thanks,
A
Hi @alexmcd121,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
There is no security loophole in the theme and I am not sure why your hosting provider is telling your this.
Could you please ask your hosting provider exactly what and where is the issue?
You can make your website secured as described on the below pages.

Hello,
Thanks for getting back to me.
According to the hosting provider there is a code inject on the database that is creating a redirect to a malware filled page.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Yes but that code can be injected by plugins or any other way by executing server-side script but where is the security loophole in the theme that your hosting provider said?
How have your hosting provider concluded that it is a theme issue?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
I have shared you the links of pages in my above reply that you have to follow.
