how can i edit and change, customize product page
where is this page ? , i can’t see it in wordpress back office page list ?i want to take off the headband

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The product page is a dynamic page so you can’t change it from the admin area.
You have to develop custom code or use page builder as described below to change this page.
