    I only seem to be able to add the sliders as widgets, and I don’t seemingly have a widget where you’d want a hero slider.  I only have them in sidebars and footers….

    I would ideally like it to have a slider above the first content, with featured blog content.  Something looking more like this: https://gillion.shufflehound.com/ with the “carousel” demo.

    I can see you are displaying slider on your site using Blog Slider content element as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Have you managed to achieve it?
