On the business template, how do I move the rows and columns around to place them exactly where I want over the default picture up top?

Thank you, but I am wanting to move the three boxes that float onto the screen (rows/columns) all down about one inch, the heading up about a half inch and a text box I created to a specific place but none of them allow that kind of movement. I need to be able to easily move the rows and columns just a little so the picture behind it is not obscuring text.

In that case, you can add top padding or margin to row as described below.
