    Hi guys, Ive got the Corporate theme that im working on, everything is done and working, i just have one last thing to do. Ive created a “contact us” button in the Revolution slider, i would like a pop up form to appear if you click on the button. Ive already installed a plugin called “form maker” but i dont know how to link the form with the button, can you help please. Highly appreciate it!

    You have to contact form maker developer to achieve this as this functionality was in their to do list as described in the below topic.
