I really need to change lady with an orange in the backgraund of the header. I just cant seem to find a way.

Thank you for the link!
You should be able to easily change it when editing the front page in the WPBakery page builder. Then just click edit on the first Row and switch to the Design Options. On the right side should be the image under the Background option.

Sorry but it doesnt work. Photo is somewhere in the background and cant be accessed by WPBakery
You can also try that in the backend editor. There you will be able to access all page elements.
Also tried that…. Its some how unremovable

We’ve tested it again, and everything worked smoothly on our end. If you’re in the correct row, you should be able to upload the image under the “Background” block. The image should update even if it doesn’t display immediately.
If you’re comfortable sharing login details in the private information field, we’d be happy to make the change for you.
