    I need to remove the login/register icon from the header. I unchecked the login box from the header configuration settings. But it doesn’t work.

     

    Please have a look at the screenshot attached.

    I don’t see any login / register  icon on your shared screenshot so could you please tell me exactly which Icon you are referring to and also share me your site URL so that I can help you?

    It’s the rightmost element in the menu. The element with a little zero in black on it. I’ve outlined it in the red. Screenshot attached.

    You can disable it in the theme blog settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
