can anyone tell me how to make a upload file button in contact form

I have make this website http://www.truecolourstattoo.nl
only i miss the option that people can send pictures when they use contact

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

The unyson contact form bundled with theme doesn’t provide this functionality currently but you can achieve this by using the following plugin and shortcode provided by it to display contact form.
